The Palmonbay

Hospitality

Palmonbay, which takes its name from the extremely tall palms in its garden and the beach in front, explodes in a luminosity in its interior offering, through a variety of free artistic reinterpretations, the sensation of being inside an aquarium with lots of little white bubbles. Then, there are its terraces that in a single glance can glimpse both the sea and the sky.

Real and imaginative prospects mix together enhanced by knowledge of ancient architectural history.   The trees and roots carved into the iron or etched into the glass bring nature into the architecture.  A nature both artificial and contrived that is endlessly repeated on the facades at the entrance and on the windows of the Spa or on the glass walks of the stairs leading up to the bedroom, that divide without separating.
